I love the first tip. I always avoid driving under such condition because I'm not confident to handle the situation if anything happen. If I'm forced to drive, I would definitely drive slowly and follow the experts who are always on the road such as trucks. Braking in the freezing rain is seriously quite dangerous too. I've tried it and my car lost control. Luckily the car behind was far behind mine. Thanks for the sharing and I learned alot from this post.
